Its says oversubscribed so i think that must just be retail. I would think if there was a shortfall and institutions took them up it would be mentioned in the announcement, and therefore wouldnt be oversubscribed
Eitherway i was very surprised considering where the stock was trading prior to the closing date of the SPP and the state of world markets. Good to see the strong interest however it does create more pressure on the sell side particularly whilst the trading around and below the entry price.
