Looking at all the mining operations in Australia and the manufacturing we once had, I dont think Australia has been scared to pollute its own back yard. As for geopolitical commentary....well , in English we say "if the cap fits, you have to wear it". Malaysias backflip on agreements after Lynas starting the LAMP site in 2010 has been correctly observed, and hotcopper commentary will follow. Sorry.
