First 98 M was USD so though I get the reason for Comparison with ALEB deposit Lynas profits are measured in AUD so I prefer to thin of it as AUD 113.00 which is impact on profits. MORE THEN THEY HAVE EVER MADE TOTAL.

Corrupt maybe but it is not relevant!!! I am sure there is more than one company that can do it and Lynas chose this one. Did Lynas get it tucked to them because they were in a pinch? maybe??? But you have to rember they were suppose to do this 10 months after the original TOL agrement and they never did. Who carries most of the BLAME?

AELB announces its approval of temporary operating licence for the Lynas
Advanced Materials Plant

• Lynas to submit all details of a Permanent Disposal Facility (PDF)
• Lynas to submit a plan and location details for the PDF, regardless of the outcome of
research and development into commercialisation, recycling and re-use of solid residue
materials
• Lynas’ plans and the location of the PDF to be submitted and approved within 10 months
from the date of issuance of the TOL
• Lynas to pay US$50million in instalments to the Malaysian Government as a financial
guarantee
• The AELB reserves the right to appoint an independent consultant to evaluate compliance
with the standards and regulations that have been set, the cost of which will be borne by
Lynas.

PLS note bullet 3 This was suppose to be done before Dec 2 2012. Longer you wait the bigger the pain. Overall if this is accepted they are lucky.
