"yeah but VML has an ex Lynas board, it's LYC but 5 years ago"... no VML has an MD who was in charge of corporate strategy for LYC a decade ago and is now a corporate equities adviser / deal maker. I'd trust that ilk as much as I'd trust private equity (MP!). The other board member (2/3) are from the same corporate advisory business.... good board independence and corporate governance.
So much nonsense being flung around with a lot of paid / conflicted pumpers I bet.
I agree. look at the facts. LYC is it.
