So Lynas has to build a multimillion dollar cracking plant only because Malaysia refuses to instill internationally recognized parameters regarding Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material
Lynas must also spend millions of dollars to build a storage container because the malaysian govt.will not follow proper approval guidelines.
All of this is abuse of power at the core.
