Thanks Tanya, its very gratifying to me as a lay person merely observing the moves and speculating, to see this article touches on pretty much al the important points I touched on in an eatlier post. It pays to think strategically so you can see it develop in your mind. MP may be seen as 'useless' now with all its issues, but it recd govt grants and is involved for a strategic reason. And there you have it, written up beautifully by a professional.
