I would think like this,
lyc and mc merger has a value but it is not a value for retail investor who has lyc shares, unless lyc gets mp cheap. MP doesnt want to sell itself cheap, that is my understanding. Here comes, Rina. she invests in both and make value by promoting a merger. My understanding is, here comes Rina and there you go retail investors of lyc who have believed in lyc for many years. Sour, but it seems to be the story. I don't have any shares in lyc. All in my opinion out of interest.
