Just some initial thoughts .. if i have about the same holdings in both LYC and MP, then if they do merge, and there’s truly synergy in the new entity ie worth more together than the sum of the parts, then It wouldnt matter to me whatever the price of the merger LYC pays for MP .. it only matters if I have only LYC or MP .. what a clever move .. looks like someone (smart $$) positioning for a merger and probably pushing for the process..
