Blueline JV primary objective will be selling into ROW mkts that it couldn't reach previously, just as it has done with PrO and the LRE compounds that it has been developing to specification LAMP, stimulating & growing ROW RE supply chains ex China.
Only material that cannot be placed ROW will be sold into China, for them to value add, and sell back to ROW as product.
