Don't forget Mahathir is allied with Iran. He just had a talk with their foreign affairs guy.
He said they talked about issues that are of importance to both countries and how they can achieve mutual benefits in the future.
Iran has a problem with the English speaking christian world and the US and Australia are tight in that regard.
Makes sense that Mahathir will help Iran push against its enemy.
Blood is thicker than water, but water puts out the fire and fire is where it all started.
