Seems there is a huge gap on my post in what I was trying to say about the statement regarding the +10 years Lynas's development has struggled and worked through. What I wrote is not there. Basically not very many large companies are at their premium in the first 10-15yrs of existence. I posted several examples and the Russian diamond mine photo is missing. That photo was intended to show the large population that has grown up around the largest diamond mine in the world. Lynas could very well grow a similar mini-city at Mt Weld. The potential is there as Lynas is basically a plug in a volcano. Building a C&L plant on location at MW would trigger the "Town".
