You are correct, Lynas was pursued. That does not make what I said nonsense. The previous REE problems had come and gone. The limit had already been lowered NC and Lynas new what the new limits were and what Lynas had. It was their choice to continue forward.
If I am invited to a party and have heard about behavior that i do not accept. I cannot go then complain about the behavior.
This is reality! Adjust your investment accordingly because no amount of belly aching on this board will change it.
As I remember AU also tried to cut a deal. NC picked the one we are in now.
I totally agree with you last statement they are committed to Lamp and pulling out quickly is not doable. A 10 ~ 20 year plan to get out may be needed, I do not have access to anything that tells me if it that could work.
