    One last comment. the bulk of the benefits were tax incentives. they had a fixed time period from the contract being signed. All the slips at lamp by NC, Covid, Water do not change when they end. This will substantially reduce the benefit from these programs.

    Her is some info on why Lynas picked Malysia. and what the tax incentives were.
