If there is an Australian cracking and leaching facility it will optimise logistics regarding higher concentrates in much smaller volumes being exported to the LAMP with no significant waste management /recycling issues in Malaysia. I wonder if it also creates a capacity to process ore concentrate from other local (future) RE miners eg. Arafura??
