As a long term holder of Lynas (and happily so having made profits in the past and having a cost base of around 85c for my current holdings ) I have followed the HC discussion board on LYC for years.
I have to say though I have reached the stage where I hardly ever look in anymore due to the pathetic sniping, arguing and one upmanship from a handful of regular posters who seem to have more interest in arguing with each other than actually discussing the long term future of Lynas.
I remain bullish on the future of Lynas because there are lots of customers for REE who do not want to be at the mercy of a single source of supply ex China.
You guys can argue til the Cows come home about future demand for this or that type of motor, magnet etc etc but the strategic value of Lynas as a reliable, high quality non chinese supplier remains and the customers that value that will pay a price sufficient to ensure this into the future.
New opportunities like the Texas JV only enhance the value in my book. Amanda has done a great job leading Lynas and I am sure she knows a lot more about the REE market than anyone posting in here........
