That is right.. the broader EIA is the initial document submitted at the beginning.. however in Australia if u have a new or additional proposal you have to have a new EIA prepared, submitted and approved before is carried out for that additional proposal.. So that is why I am surprised LYCs didnt have the new requested documentation. AL should be more careful with all these requirements
