Interesting. So is the analyst suggesting Lynas can simply ship the WLP out of Malaysia no issues because transport regulations do not require material with a radioactivity level between 1Bq/g and 10Bq/g to be placarded as dangerous or radioactive material or is the analyst referring to another regulation specific to transport of waste? Haven't come across a specific international regulation on radioactive waste. Basel convention is the one I am aware of.
