Lynas always intended to recycle the residues which they successfully achieved. Lynas has complied with all of the original license requirements but now the new Minister in the new PH government will not allow Lynas to recycle the WLP residue and has changed the licensing requirements. Can’t expect AL to anticipate a change in government and licensing requirements, that’s just ridiculous.
