Quite sure foreign investors would be interested in the bit where Lynas is expected to make provision for "any threats due to weather changes and natural disasters due to climate change".
Having recently got thru a 100 year flooding event high & dry while most of the rest of Kuantan was six feet under one can only wonder where AL is going to find the manual on how to provision for "natural disasters due to climate change".
Will Yeo be legislating similar requirement on every hazardous business/industry in Malaysia?
