He is obligated now to work out a way to allow renewal. Lynas has always said the condition was impossible and had no answer to it within the September time frame. Now he either has to extend the time line or, ideally , expedite assessment and/or approval of Condisoil. Approve condisoil and we free up the $400Mill needed for the new WA plant.
Out of this- Didnt Amanda L and the Lynas team do an incredible.job managing this issue? We should get Meryl Streep to play Amanda when the make the movie about this saga.
