Simple economics will disagree with you there.
Supply deficit is 70% on the western front, your looking backwards.
Further add in the idea that OEMs don’t want their cars stuck on USA docks with a Chinese magnet.
Add in tariffs, mandates, and subsidies to see the deficit on the western supply front.
You are thinking like an investor from pre 2020 - times have changed, and this is all as recent as within the last month.
