So current separation capacity for NDPR is 7200tpa which occurs in Malaysia. Lynas is currently working on plans to grow separation capacity to meet rising demand. Amanda expects to announce plans to the market within the next few months. Note also that there is no heavy rare earth separation by Lynas, although it appears plans for a separation plant in the US are progressing, slowly. Only then will there be an outside China supply chain for the full suite of separated oxides.
