$500M is Lynas 2025 CapEx blanket, been absolutely no allocation of funds, but I'll punt $120/150M for a mega C&L platform Oz capable of significant tolling volumes, $20/30M Blueline JV and +$300M another two SX modules LAMP + expanded finishing assets, probably something else tucked away in that as well given Phase 2 was delivered incl C&L for $225M.
Should get a decision on site selection coming months, hopefully with some detail incl CapEx, but we'll also see feasibility from ILU in a similar timeframe, Oz could end up preprocessing ~40% world's REO early next decade.
