there have been an information security firm that tracks CCP actors specifically call out attention on Lynas in he past. From memory it was on social media and targeted at disrupting some of the US activity. imho it's much harder to influence a different culture easily, much easier in a place like Malaysia...
This all has been par for the course for Lynas since the beginning though, as others have posted expect the share price back to $9 soon.
