I always thought same ttroy and believe that can be addressed. US is getting very chummy with Japan and announcing a lot of joint commitments - security being one. So whether Japan increases production of say magnets or shares tech will be one of 2 options. Al was not interested in tech sharing - only increased supply and the US Texas deal that the market conditions simply brushed aside. It will reflect in a better market environment and the reports and pics flow of the build progress - commissioning date.
Shipping costing levels will drop in time as with high transport costs to port.
