good luck doing any of what you want Anwar without getting on your knees and begging for forgiveness from AL and team .. No way US/AU/JPN and their best friend Lynas will help you out without some major compensation for the last 4+ yrs of craziness!
In all honesty there is ZERO chance of spinning up a successful ex-china RE industry with guaranteed customers buying said product! Lynas has the market corned ex china!
Now if Anwar is talking about getting help from the chinese to spin up this RE industry in Malaysia, thats a completely different story .. THOU i doubt that is their direction, if anything its to ween themselves off the chinese!
