Apparently, Malaysia has a RE reserve of just 30,000 metric tonnes v China's 44 million tonnes, according to Reuters. Not much in the scheme of things. They're preparing the population for a change in narrative, perhaps with an upcoming decision (favourable) by the courts. I think Lynas' REs will be deemed NOT radioactive and now the Malaysians will now have an industry, centred around Lynas, that will contribute th their economy. Just remember the Japanese and Americans will also applying pressure to keep this critical supply chain ongoing. This new narrative will be an easier sell to the Malaysian people. Hope so.
