Fluffy, so head office labour is obviously in scope as it is for the big miners when de-bottleneck ing is not the key driver of optimisation. U working for the Australian or something?
I agree with some of what nursery posted on this or another thread (too lazy to scroll and check in posting mode), if Lynas weren't taking those actions I would be worried. Working with senior management at a miner as I do i have some insight to get a feel for what Lynas is doing is nothing in comparison when it comes to the required savings.
