of course there are positive news. imho
lynas decided to finish lamp phase 1 AND phase 2
lynas decided to reduced the costs
lynas decided to run phase 1 up to a limited production level
lynas decided to leave phase 2 on stand by for further demand
and lynas has sold ~ 8,500 tons pa of customized ree over the next 10 years to japan (as far as i know!)
