April 20 (Reuters) - Australia's MA Financial Group Ltd (MAF) said on Thursday it had entered into an agreement to acquire the d'Albora marina portfolio from financial services firm Balmain Corp for A$225 million ($150.89 million).
d'Albora is Australia's largest marina network consisting of 10 marinas across the country's eastern coast.
