March 1 (Reuters) - Macmahon Holdings Ltd (MAH) -
- Macmahon signs heads of agreement
- Signed a non-binding heads of agreement (hoa) with pt amman mineral nusa tenggara
- Directors expect proposed transaction will increase scale, operational diversity, revenue and order book, profitability and growth prospects of macmahon in medium- term
- Macmahon would acquire certain assets from amnt, amnt would become a significant shareholder in macmahon
- In consideration for acquisition of sale assets, macmahon will issue amnt with new macmahon shares at a$0.203 per share
- Would be awarded life of mine contract to provide certain earthmoving and mining services at amnt's copper-gold mine in indonesia
- Macmahon will either acquire equipment directly or all of shares in a newly established indonesian company
