    • Material contract
    • Says purchased licences for pfs- paxus fund accounting and administration

      software

    • Says MainstreamBPO signs new pfs-paxus fund accounting software contract
    • New arrangement will improveinternational cost structure on new business by

      estimated 6-8% per annum, with one-off capital cost of A$400,000

    • Fundbpo will use the software for its hedge fund services as it expands its

      headcount and operational presence outside of Australia
