Sorry mate, can't give Gutnick any credit he has ripped many off along his way to create his fortune, and yes he knew what it was worth and he would have ripped all of us holders,and Managment off also hence why they ousted him when they had the chance..
Besides that, that would take all credit from current Managment, indicating they never knew what they were sitting on and only Gutnick did?
This is current BLK teams mine plan nothing to do with Gutnick, and I believe Current Managment know the project very well indeed I think if you stand back and look at the way they are going about it clearly indicates this!
