    I have read it before and it states the plant can be built "anywhere in the world". Looks like the broken english harbinger of doom telemarketers are up and about again. Prepare yourselves for the attack of the bs. EG: ( But the ag says no, the lie is in the pudding and everyone be eating it shall be inflicted verbal gastro) I wish they'd get a job
