If you held SIR shares, then the takeover now means you own 0.66 IGO shares instead, along with 52c per share (to be deposited into your settlement account I would assume), along with shares in S2 once they sort it out.
I'm hoping IGO have seen a bottom at the $3 mark. This is going to be a sensational little company within a year or two. Guarranteed dividend and enough free cash flow to hand pick tier 1 assets of their choice...and diversified.
And enough spare $$, and the know how, to make swish cheese of our Fraser Range tenement and hope fully make that next Nova discovery that must surely be beckoning.
What a fantastic ride SIR gave us and I'm hoping that IGO will continue it in multiples.
