    Nov 21 (Reuters) - Millinium's Alternative Fund (MAX)

    • Announces a fully underwritten pro-rata rights issue seeking to raise up to $3 million
    • Millinium's alternative-issue price per new unit is $5.88 which has been determined in accordance with issue price formula contained in fund's constitution
    • Proceeds from entitlement offer will be used to advance preparation of transactions
