I'm talking about the corporate factors that would determine whether EQX would need to accept a low ball bid. Are you suggesting that because EV=0 that EQX would need to accept a low bid? IMO, whether a low ball bid was accepted would depend on what other options the company has available. If one option available was getting to production, it would seem very stupid to accept the low ball bid.
