I suppose it's interesting to note, Ross Anderson is a beneficiary of the city group family trust, which you will see some of his shares are sitting as third party. I believe from the company reports city group also funded loans for the managing directors options (unknown cost, but suspect zero).
So this new chairman is just an extension of Anderson's control of the company. This new chair, even with a gift of 3,631,111 ordinary shares, at share holders cost, will have zero influence over the companies direction.
It was Anderson's premature decision to announce to the market they had a 40% mortality in one pond, but not announce the subsequent 100% losses in 3 ponds caused by the managing director who now apparently runs operations.
It was Anderson that said the smoked cod was the next big thing, cod fat was the go, and the gold caviar, no mention in last report.
In all the bamboozling hype, zero result and no accountability. They all side shift positions and hope the market believes their stories.
