I am seriously looking at buying this thing.
Trading at less than 1x EBITDA. Backed by the AGO contract in mining with volumes increasing through Atlas.
Pretty diversified and although it has net debt of 180m, they appear to have got this thing stabilised.
    Upside potential
    - fuel costs should be dropping (but not so much diesel - I have seen barely any movement at the bowser)
    - volume driving returns at Atlas
    - still prepared to invest - Heavy Haulage equity share
    - bank covenants are ok (so they say)
    - has got a CEO with plenty of skin in the game
    - business appears to have now stabilised.
    - at a forecast stat NPAT of 60m - that is a stat pe of less than 2
    - have stated that stat NPAT should be 40% above FY14 of $13m - lets say worst case $16m - PE of less than 5.
    - intend to payout say 40% of NPAT as divds (I know I know - it didn't happen in 2014)
    - assuming 40% of $16m is $6m - thats a yield at current prices of about 8%.

Yep - realise its been a disaster in the past but I reckon its worth having a crack at these prices and holding for 12 months
