Henderson opened in Jun 2011. though did not get to nameplate capacity till Jun 2012. Seems like they were operating 3 * 8 hr shifts very early and in Q3 2013 reduced it to 2 * 8hr shifts, lower production though greater profitability. There were regular Quarterly update notices during this period providing lots of detail about the ramp up.
