This board and the shareholders should take the offer. The offer looks good and the current board can’t find their way out of a wet paper bag. They are just super greedy and and are paying themselves way to much money just take a look at the half year. MCM needs new leadership and fast. Take the offer that’s what I would do DYOR. All I can see it this board with their snouts in the trough lining their pockets. And I can also predict 100% the board will dilute the s@$t out of this company if left in place. They don’t have the money today to serve so the long suffering shareholders will lose their shirts. Just my 2 cent.
