Not at all mate, they have only a token amount of debt in comparison to the business size - that is more just a vision statement for appropriate debt levels over time.
Business was woefully led astray by ex CEO, new guys are turning it around, just going to take sometime.
Spherical increasing their position should give you some confidence, they do their homework and are astute investors.
Good one to pop in drawer for another year, should be looking lot better then, and that'll only be if doesn't get taken out sooner (great group of assets, just been poorly run).
