    • NON-UNDERWRITTEN SHARE PURCHASE PLAN TARGETING TO RAISE A$5 MILLION
    • UNDERTAKING A FULLY UNDERWRITTEN PLACEMENT OF A$55M AT A$1.39/SHARE
    • PROCEEDS FROM CAPITAL RAISE WILL BE USED TO ACCELERATE ACCESS DEVELOPMENT INTO GOLDEN MILE ORE RESERVE, AMONG OTHERS
