    • AS AT CLOSE OF TRADING ON 12 MAY WYLOO HAS ACQUIRED AN INTEREST AND VOTING POWER IN 69.32% OF MINCOR
    • MINCOR'S SECOND LARGEST SHAREHOLDER, IGO LIMITED, ACCEPTED OFFER IN RESPECT OF ITS 6.95% INTEREST IN MINCOR
    • MINCOR SHAREHOLDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ACCEPT OFFER WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY
    • WYLOO NOTES MINCOR DIRECTORS CONTINUE TO UNANIMOUSLY RECOMMEND THAT MINCOR SHAREHOLDERS ACCEPT OFFER, IN ABSENCE OF SUPERIOR PROPOSAL
