    Totally agree Bal. Now with their application withdrawn from the TOV, this would seem the next logical step to gain control of the company and board, by buying on market. Watch out for the 1 million buyer again popping up, he was there yesterday in the buy market depth but didn't any of his fill, so will need to bid up into the 2's at least...
