It would appear that Refuel International is an investment that is 100% owned by Mcaleese and it will need to be sold off for the value to be transferred to MCS (imagine us as shareholders going broke, it does not impact on the underlying company as such)... this is my guess only and is subject to clarification..

This is one to watch, I drive past RI at least twice per day and they look very busy. I would be disappointed if this ends up in hands of MR or associates... Hopefully McGrathNicol are watching this as they will leave themselves wide open and wont get their full $$ if this was to occur...
