Sunshine Refuellers is a company with 10 fully paid ordinary shares.
These are beneficially held by Mcaleese Holdco.
Mark Rowsthorn is Director.
Rohan M Abeyewardene is secretary.
My understanding is that this is a business where customers pay deposits to get a build started and then pay for vehicle on completion (not really a 30 day business.
I guess it would be a brave customer who pus deposit up front with risk of losing it and also not being able to get vehicle out...
One to watch imho..
