In a nutshell:
- 2 of the 4 administrators ran the "meeting"
- Given the material change in circumstances the Chair opted to adjourn the meeting to a "later date"
- When questioned as to when that would be the response was that they'd seek advice. This disappointed a number of us a bit. I believe the statement "That's crap" would (hypopethically of course) sum things up appropriately.
- Our Managing Director was a no show. I can only assume other pressing matters arose.
