Do you mean consolidate shares on issue (instead of consolidate capital?).

I agree that the consolidation of the SOI is possible, but that’s nothing to fear.

If SOI consolidation occurs, MDI will have to put a proposal forward to its shareholders via general
meeting, proposing the decrease of the number of shares it has on issue.

This will then cause the share price to increase proportionally, so that the value of each shareholders' investment remains unchanged, relative to the market capitalisation.

If this happened at the end of January 2022, and MDI consolidated its SOI at a ratio of 4:1, the total SOI would be reduced to 812,822,848 shares.

Under a 4:1 consolidation the SP would be multiplied by 4, increasing the SP.

Again, take into account everything that will happen between now and January 2022 to estimate what the SP might be.

The reality is that the SP will likely be much higher than today, and if an SOI consolidation is completed, the SP will be proportionally increased in line with any consolidation.

SP consolidation might actually be a good thing because it increases the SP value, and a stock with a higher SP typically attracts more market attention, especially with some institutional investors.
