Yes, IMO, massively de-risked.
I can't predict the market cap short term as it could be driven by a large number of sentiments, however, I do know that once production commences and on successful first gold pour that MDI will be valued more fairly inline with producers of a similar scale. Circa 50 Koz P/A + average.
What is also a value add is the numerous stranded deposits (up to 1.8 Moz Worth) within trucking distance of the plant. I have no doubt that at some point we'd be consolidating/acquiring them. Why is this of any value? because the hard work as been done! exploration is painful and time consuming. We're soon going to be in the business of making money not drilling!
Not long to go now, just a few more months until the Full Feasibility study is Complete and should hopefully result in a YES for decision to mine!
